基于系统思维的理工科高校实践育人路径探究

Route of Practice Education in Engineering Universities based on System Thinking

实践育人是高校思想政治教育实施"立德树人"的重要途径之一,当前理工科高校实践育人工作因缺乏系统特性,出现了育人机制缺乏协调、培养体系不够多维立体、社会资源融合缺乏整体涌动等问题。系统思维把事物作为统一的整体来观察和分析,具有整体协调性、多维立体性、整体涌动性等系统性特征,在系统思维指导下,更有助于把握实践育人规律,有助于实践育人路径模式探究。

Practice education is an important method for ideological and political education in universities to cultivate the characteristics of students.At present,owing to the lack of system thinking in practice education of engineering universities,several problems arise.Education system is not coordinate,cultivating system is not multi-dimensional,and social resource is not operating entirely.System thinking observes and analyses through a unified perspective.Under the guidance of system thinking,people could catch the rule of practice education,and explore the route of practice education.
