摘要
介绍了目前轨道车辆三相辅助电源所用的3种脉宽调制方法,针对不同方法的基本原理、实现方式以及彼此之间的差异进行了详细说明,并使用matlab仿真工具对不同调制方法进行仿真。仿真结果表明,使用基于特定谐波消除的脉宽调制方式,在较低的载波频率下,满足输出电压的谐波要求的同时,还可以降低开关损耗,从而减小设备的体积重量,达到轨道交通设备轻量化的要求。
This paper introduces three methods of three-phase auxiliary inverter power pulse modulation for urban rail vehicles, detailing the basic principles, implementation ways and differences of them, and simulates individual modulation method using matlab simulation tool. The simulation results show that using pulse width modulation based on specific harmonic elimination at a lower carrier frequency can meet the harmonic requirements of the output voltage,and at the same time can reduce the switching loss,thus reducing the volume weight of device and meeting the requirements of light weight of rail transit equipment.
