Development of a side exhaust funnel for diesel locomotives

内燃机车通过草原时,高温废气将散落在烟囱滤网上的煤块点燃、并吹向线路两侧,易造成草原火灾。为解决该项问题,研制出侧排式烟囱,可有效防止草原火灾。

When diesel locomotives pass through the grassland,the scattered coal blocks in the funnel filter will be ignited by high temperature exhaust gas and blown to both sides of line,which is easy to cause grassland fires.In order to solve this problem,a side exhaust funnel has been developed which can effectively prevent grassland fires.
