摘要
目的分析磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)诊断中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年10月我院收治的105例HIE患儿,所有患儿均接受MRI常规序列及SWI序列诊断,对比不同序列对颅内出血的检出率及SWI序列中不同病理分级的检出率。结果105例患儿被检出颅内出血37例;SWI序列对颅内出血的检出率高于DW1、T1WI、 T2WI (P <0.05)。SWI对Ⅱ、Ⅲ级颅内出血、静脉血管扩张及颅内出血合并静脉血管扩张的检出率高于Ⅰ级(P <0.05)。结论采用MRI SWI序列诊断HIE可显著提高其病灶检出率,同时对于不同病理分级患者可更精准地诊断出其脑组织损伤程度,对临床治疗方案制定与预后判断有重要意义,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 105 HIE children admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and diagnosed by MRI routine sequence and SWI sequence.The detection rates of intracranial hemorrhage in different sequences and the detection rates of different pathological grades in SWI sequence were compared.Results 37 cases of intracranial hemorrhage were detected in 105 cases.The detection rate of SWI sequence for intracranial hemorrhage was higher than that of DW1,T1WI and T2WI(P<0.05).SWI had higher detection rate for gradeⅡandⅢof intracranial hemorrhage,venous vasodilation and intracranial hemorrhage combined with venous vasodilation than gradeⅠ(P<0.05).Conclusions MRI SWI sequence in the diagnosis of HIE can significantly improve the detection rate of lesions,and can more accurately diagnose the brain tissue damage degree of patients with different pathological grades,which is of great significance for clinical treatment plan formulation and prognosis judgment,with clinical promotion and application value.
