脑电图改变对急性缺血性脑卒中诊断及预后的临床价值分析

Analysis on Clinical Value of EEG Changes in the Diagnosis and Prognosis of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨脑电图改变对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)诊断及预后的临床价值。方法选取2018年2月至2020年3月我院收治的120例AIS患者,均在入院24 h完成脑电图检查,给予患者对症治疗并在2周内进行NIHSS评分。结果 120例AIS患者经脑电图检查均检出异常情况,检出异常率:小卒中<中卒中<大卒中,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);检出异常者在治疗2周的NIHSS评分较入院时≤4分的比例:轻度异常>中度异常>重度异常。结论 AIS的脑电图异常率高,且与病情严重程度有密切关联,因此可通过脑电图评价预后。

Objective To explore the clinical value of EEG changes in the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods 120 AIS patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2020 were selected and given EEG examination within 24 hours after admission.They were given symptomatic treatment,and NIHSS scoring was performed within 2 weeks.Results Abnormalities were detected in all the 120 AIS patients by EEG,with the abnormal rates:small stroke<medium stroke<large stroke(P<0.05).The rate of NIHSS scores of abnormal patients at 2 weeks of treatment being 4 points lower than admission was mild abnormality>moderate abnormality>severe abnormality.Conclusions AIS has a high abnormal rate of EEG,which is closely related to the disease severity.Therefore,the prognosis can be evaluated by EEG.
