精细化质控管理对消毒供应室手术器械消毒灭菌合格率及风险事件发生率的影响

Influence of Refined Quality Control Management on the Disinfection and Sterilization Qualified Rate and the Incidence of Risk Events of Surgical Instruments in the Disinfection Supply Room

目的探讨精细化质控管理对消毒供应室手术器械消毒灭菌合格率及风险事件发生率的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2019年9月我院消毒供应室的护理人员20名,2017年8月至2018年8月对消毒供应室手术器械实施常规质控管理,2018年9月至2019年9月对消毒供应室手术器械实施精细化质控管理。对比实施常规质控管理后及实施精细化质控管理后消毒供应室手术器械消毒灭菌合格率、消毒灭菌质量及风险事件发生率。结果抽检手术器械270件,实施精细化质控管理的手术器械消毒灭菌合格率高于常规质控管理(P <0.05);检验手术器械270次,实施精细化质控管理的手术器械生物监测、 B-D试验合格率均高于常规质控管理(P <0.05);实施精细化质控管理的风险事件发生率低于常规质控管理(P <0.05)。结论精细化质控管理能显著提高消毒供应室手术器械消毒灭菌合格率,降低风险事件发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of refined quality control management on the disinfection and sterilization qualified rate and the incidence of risk events of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply room.Methods 20 nursing staff in our disinfection supply room from August 2017 to September 2019 were selected.The surgical instruments in disinfection supply room from August 2017 to August 2018 reveived routine quality control management,and the surgical instruments in disinfection supply room from September 2018 to September 2019 reveived refined quality control management.The disinfection and sterilization qualified rate,disinfection and sterilization quality and the incidence of risk events of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply room after the implementation of routine quality control management or refined quality control management were compared.Results 270 surgical instruments were sampled,and the disinfection and sterilization qualified rate of surgical instruments with refined quality control management was higher than that with routine quality control management(P<0.05).Surgical instruments were inspected 270 times,and the qualified rates of biological monitoring and B-D test of surgical instruments with refined quality control management were higher than those with routine quality control management(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events with refined quality control management was lower than that with routine quality control management(P<0.05).Conclusions Refined quality control management can significantly improve the disinfection and sterilization qualified rate of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply room,and reduce the incidence of risk events,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
