托烷司琼联合地塞米松对预防剖宫产术后恶心呕吐的影响

Influence of Tropisetron Combined with Dexamethasone on Preventing the Nausea and Vomiting after Cesarean Section

目的探讨托烷司琼联合地塞米松对预防剖宫产术后恶心呕吐的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年8月我院行剖宫产手术产妇180例,随机分为常规组(90例,术毕静脉给予地塞米松10 mg)和干预组(90例,术毕静脉给予地塞米松10mg+托烷司琼5 mg),比较两组术毕1 h、 4 h、 8 h恶心呕吐发生率及恶心呕吐严重程度。结果干预组术毕1 h、 4 h恶心呕吐发生率以及恶心呕吐总发生率分别为5.56%、 1.11%、 6.67%,低于常规组的14.44%、 7.78%、 23.33%(P <0.05)。干预组恶心呕吐严重程度低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论托烷司琼联合地塞米松能显著降低剖宫产术后产妇的恶心呕吐发生率及严重程度。

Objective To explore the influence of tropisetron combined with dexamethasone on preventing the nausea and vomiting after cesarean section.Methods 180 puerperas with cesarean section in our hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into routine group(90 cases,10 mg of intravenous dexamethasone after surgery)and intervention group(90 cases,10 mg of intravenous dexamethasone+5 mg of tropisetron after surgery).The incidences of nausea and vomiting at 1 h,4 h and 8 h after surgery and the severity of nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of nausea and vomiting at 1 h and 4 h after surgery and the total incidence of nausea and vomiting in the intervention group were 5.56%,1.11%and 6.67%respectively,lower than 14.44%,7.78%and 23.33%in the routine group(P<0.05).The severity of nausea and vomiting in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tropisetron combined with dexamethasone can significantly reduce the incidence and severity of nausea and vomiting after cesarean section.
