孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸特布他林治疗老年支气管哮喘的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Terbutaline Sulfate in the Treatment of Elderly Bronchial Asthma

目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸特布他林治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月我院收治的老年支气管哮喘患者106例,随机分为两组各53例。对照组静脉滴注氨茶碱和醋酸地塞米松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗,同时口服孟鲁司特钠。比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.23%,明显高于对照组的83.02%(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组的VCAM-1、 ICAM-1、α_(4)β_(1)、α_(v)β_(6)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的VCAM-1、 ICAM-1、α_(4)β_(1)、α_(v)β_(6)水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合硫酸特布他林治疗老年支气管哮喘效果显著,可有效降低患者诱导痰细胞因子水平,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with terbutaline sulfate in the treatment of elderly bronchial asthma.Methods 106 elderly patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of aminophylline and dexamethasone acetate,and the observation group was given atomization inhalation of terbutaline sulfate and oral montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.23%,significantly higher than 83.02%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the VCAM-1,ICAM-1,α_(4)β_(1) and α_(v)β_(6) levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VCAM-1,ICAM-1,α_(4)β_(1) andα_(v)β_(6) levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Montelukast sodium combined with terbutaline sulfate has significant effect in the treatment of elderly bronchial asthma,and can effectively reduce the levels of induced sputum cytokines with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
