基于赋能理论的延续护理在高血压性脑出血患者中的应用

Application of Continuous Nursing Based on Empowerment Theory for Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨基于赋能理论的延续护理在高血压性脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年7月收治的高血压性脑出血患者84例,随机平均分为对照组与实验组各42例。对照组给予常规院后指导及电话随访,实验组给予基于赋能理论的延续护理。比较两组患者护理前后的日常生活能力、自我护理能力及生活质量。结果护理前,两组的ADL评分、 ESCA评分及生活质量各项评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组的ADL评分、 ESCA评分及生活质量各项评分均高于护理前,且实验组的ADL评分、 ESCA评分及生活质量各项评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论基于赋能理论的延续护理可明显改善高血压性脑出血患者的日常生活能力及自我护理能力,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on empowerment theory for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 84 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine post hospital guidance and telephone follow-up,while the experimental group was given continuous nursing based on empowerment theory.The daily living ability,self-care ability and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,no statistical difference was found in the ADL,ESCA and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the ADL,ESCA and quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the ADL,ESCA and quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on empowerment theory can improve the daily living ability,self-care ability and quality of life of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
