精细化护理配合在金属钛夹治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者中的应用

Application of Precise Nursing Cooperation in Patients with Non Variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Treated with Metal Titanium Clip

目的探讨精细化护理配合在金属钛夹治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至2020年3月我院收治的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用精细化护理配合。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、住院时间及护理满意度。结果观察组的并发症发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的17.50%(P <0.05)。观察组的住院时间为(9.16±1.59) d,短于对照组的(13.43±2.57) d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(P <0.05)。结论对采用金属钛夹治疗的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者而言,精细化护理配合能够有效降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of precise nursing cooperation in patients with non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated with metal titanium clip.Methods 80 patients with non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given precise nursing cooperation.The incidence of complications,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than 17.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was(9.16±1.59)d,shorter than(13.43±2.57)d of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 82.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For the patients with non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated with metal titanium clip,precise nursing cooperation can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
