治疗性沟通技术对精神分裂症患者激越行为及约束带使用的影响

Influence of Therapeutic Communication Technology on the Aggressive Behavior and Restraint Band Usage in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨治疗性沟通技术对精神分裂症患者激越行为及约束带使用的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2019年10月我院收治的精神分裂症患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组采用一般护理,观察组在此基础上采用治疗性沟通技术。对比两组患者的激越行为量表(CMAI)评分及约束带使用情况。结果干预后,两组的躯体攻击行为、语言攻击行为评分均低于干预前,且观察组的躯体攻击行为、语言攻击行为评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。干预期间,观察组约束带使用次数少于对照组(P <0.05)。结论治疗性沟通技术能够有效缓解精神分裂症患者的激越行为,减少约束带的使用。

Objective To explore the influence of therapeutic communication technology on aggressive behavior and restraint band usage in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing,and the observation group used therapeutic communication technology on this basis.The CMAI scores and the restraint band usage were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of body attack behavior and language attack behavior in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of body attack behavior and language attack behavior in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During intervention,the times of restraint band usage in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Therapeutic communication technology can effectively alleviate the aggressive behavior of patients with schizophrenia,and reduce the restraint band usage.
