贵州黔西某基层医共体内2型糖尿病患者诊治现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Diagnosis and Treatment Status of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in a Primary Medical Community in Qianxi,Guizhou

目的分析贵州黔西某基层医共体内2型糖尿病诊治现状,探讨问题和不足。方法分析对口帮扶的贵州黔西某基层医共体内2019年1月至2020年12月收治的153例2型糖尿病患者的资料,主要包括基本情况、生化指标、住院费用、降糖药物使用情况等。结果 2020年医共体内2型糖尿病患者出院血糖、住院时间及住院费用明显低于2019年(P <0.05)。结论建议加大基层医共体卫生资源的投入。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment status of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in a primary medical community in Qianxi,Guizhou,and to explore the problems and deficiencies.Methods The data of 153 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the counterpart support of Guizhou Qianxi primary medical community from January 2019 to December 2020 were analyzed,including the basic information,biochemical indicators,hospitalization expenses and the use of hypoglycemic drugs.Results The blood discharged blood glucose,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses in 2020 were significantly lower than those in 2019(P<0.05).Conclusions It is suggested to increase the investment of health resources in primary medical community.
