采用装配式施工和分区围堰的方法来快速重建或扩建简支型桥梁。尤其适用于不停航要求的浅层河流上,可以同时满足水上运输和雨季防汛需求。同时,对新桥要求更高车辆荷载通行能力和施工区域大量车辆通行需求时,要在桥梁台后进行地基处理。对原有的管线进行搬迁和保护。
