摘要
依托宁波某工程进行超长大直径桩的竖向抗压静载荷试验,得到桩顶荷载-沉降关系曲线,据此得出桩的极限承载力;桩身不同深度位置埋设有钢筋应力计,静载荷试验过程中记录不同荷载下不同深度钢筋应力计读数,通过换算得到桩身不同位置的轴力随荷载变化规律,并据此得到桩身极限侧摩阻力及极限端阻力;通过试验结果对超长大直径桩的承载特性进行分析,并将通过桩身轴力测试得到的桩基极限承载力与静载荷试验得到的桩基极限承载力进行对比,两者较为吻合,证明了测试结果的可靠性。
Based on a project in Ningbo,the vertical compressive static load test of super-long and large-diameter pile is carried out.And the load-settlement relationship curve of pile top is obtained,from which the ultimate bearing capacity of pile is obtained.Steel bar stress meters are buried at different depths of the pile.During the static load test period,the readings of steel bar stress meters at different depths under different loads are recorded.The variation law of axial force with load at different positions of the pile body is obtained by conversion.And the ultimate side friction and ultimate end resistance of the pile body are obtained.Based on the test results,the bearing characteristics of super-long and large-diameter piles are analyzed,and the ultimate bearing capacity of pile foundation obtained by axial force test is compared with that obtained by static load test,which is consistent with each other and proves the reliability of the test results.
