摘要
本文通过对近年来我国水果制品质量监督抽查结果进行原因分析,并就如何保障水果制品质量安全提出应对措施,以期为水果制品生产企业、监管部门等提供技术参考,促进我国水果制品行业的质量水平的提升.
This article analyzes the reasons for the results of the quality supervision and random inspection of fruit products in my country in recent years,and proposes countermeasures on how to ensure the quality and safety of fruit products,in order to provide technical references for fruit product manufacturers and regulatory authorities,and promote the quality of my country's fruit products industry.
