NR/ENR层状阻尼材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用层贴法制备了NR/ENR阻尼材料,考察了层数对阻尼材料硫化特性、力学性能及阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,与共混法阻尼材料相比,层贴法阻尼材料焦烧时间明显延长,工艺正硫化时间及ML略有增大并随着层数的增大略有增大;MH和MH-ML均较小并随层数的增大明显降低;拉伸强度及拉断伸长率明显较大但随层数的增大逐渐降低;100%定伸应力和300%定伸应力略有降低,硬度变化不大。当层数为6层时,NR/ENR阻尼材料拉伸强度及拉断伸长率均较大,具有较好综合力学性能;损耗因子明显升高且随层数的增大不断增大,阻尼性能获得改善;在大应变和低频率条件下,NR/ENR阻尼材料阻尼性能较佳。玻璃化转变温度向高温方向移动2.2℃,且随层数的变化其值变化不明显;阻尼温域显著增大并随层数的增大而增大,损耗峰峰值均增大但随层数的增大峰值降低。 NR/ENR damping materials were prepared by using the lamination method,effects of layers on vulcanization properties,mechanical properties and damping properties of the damping materials were investigated.The results showed that compared with the blending method,the scorch time of the damping materials prepared with the lamination method was significantly prolonged,the optimum curing time and ML slightly increased with the increase of layers.MH and MH-ML were small and significantly decreased with the increase of layers.The tensile strength and elongation at break were higher and gradually decreased with the increase of layers.The modulus at 100% and modulus at 300% slightly decreased,the change of the hardness was not big.The tensile strength and elongation at break became biger when the number of layers was 6,and the comprehensive mechanical properties were good.The loss factor significantly increased and continuously increases with the increase of the number of layers,the damping performance was improved.The damping performance was good at the conditions of large strain and low frequency.The glass transition temperature moved to high temperature by 2.2 ℃ and the change was not significant with the change of layers.The temperature range of the damping significantly increased and increased with the increase of layers,the peak value of the loss peak increased and decreased with the increase of layers.
