壳聚糖基复合膜的制备及其对蛋白质的吸附

Preparation of Chitosan-Based Composite Membrane and Its Protein Adsorption

摘要 此次试验利用戊二醛将壳聚糖(CTS)与β-环糊精(β-CD)进行交联,采用流延法制备(CTS/β-CD)复合膜,并对黄浆水中蛋白质进行吸附。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对CTS/β-CD复合膜进行表征,结果证明合成了CTS/β-CD复合膜;对CTS/β-CD复合膜进行溶胀度测定,结果证明复合膜的溶胀度低于CTS膜本身,在废水处理中更加稳定,透射率的测定证明复合膜表面有β-CD微粒。进一步以蛋白质吸附量为考察指标,优化CTS/β-CD复合膜制备和吸附条件,结果表明,制备条件为CTS与β-CD质量比1︰1,反应温度45℃,氢氧化钠(NaOH)质量分数4%;吸附条件为pH 5、稀释倍数1倍。此时黄浆水中蛋白质吸附量最佳,为4.406 mg/g。 In this study,glutaraldehyde was used to cross-link chitosan(CTS)withβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)to prepare a(CTS/β-CD)composite membrane to adsorb proteins in yellow pulp water.Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used to characterize the CTS/β-CD composite film.The results proved that the CTS/β-CD composite film was synthesized;The swelling degree of the CTS/β-CD composite film was measured.The results showed that the swelling degree of the composite film was lower than that of the CTS film itself,and it was more stable in wastewater treatment.The measurement of transmittance proves that there wereβ-CD particles on the surface of the composite film.Furthermore,the protein adsorption capacity was used as an index to optimize the preparation and adsorption conditions of the CTS/β-CD composite membrane.The results showed that the preparation conditions were mass ratio of CTS toβ-CD of 1︰1,reaction temperature of 45°C and(NaOH)concentration was 4%;The adsorption conditions were pH 5 and dilution factor 1.Under these conditions,the optimal adsorption capacity for protein was 4.406 mg/g.
