摘要
通过制备反胶束萃取溶液,选择性地将植物油中钾钠离子螯合进入反胶束胶团中并进行萃取与反萃取,实现快速分离富集植物油中钾钠离子目的。通过反胶束溶液制备及其萃取试验发现,以硝基苯为溶剂和正辛醇为分散剂配制浓度为7 mmol/L螯合剂18-冠醚-6的反胶束溶液,加入6.0 mL反胶束溶液于15.00 mL的植物油样品中,加入5.0 mL氨-氯化氨缓冲溶液,在室温条件下,置于超声频率40 kHz、超声时间10 min可使钾钠离子从植物油样品快速萃取到无机相以达到仪器分析要求,然后用原子吸收分光光度计进行定量测定,从而建立一种从植物油中有效分离富集钾钠元素的方法。
In this paper,potassium and sodium ions in vegetable oil were selectively chelated into reverse micelle micelles by preparing reverse micelle extraction solution,so as to achieve the purpose of rapid separation and enrichment of potassium and sodium ions in vegetable oil.Through the preparation of reverse micelle solution and its extraction experiment,it was found that using nitrobenzene as solvent and n-octanol as dispersant to prepare reverse micelle solution with concentration of 7 mmol/L chelating agent 18-crown ether-6,adding 6.0 mL of reverse micelle solution to 15.00 mL of vegetable oil sample,adding 5.0 mL of ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution,placing it at 40 kHz ultrasonic frequency at room temperature,ultrasonic time for 10 min could make potassium sodium ion extract from sample to vegetable oil to meet the requirements of instrument analysis,and then using atomic absorption spectrophotometer to establish an effective method for the separation and enrichment of plant potassium element.
