摘要
在经济和科技全球化深入发展的背景下,推动科技创新与产业结构优化协调发展,对于实现区域高质量发展、持久竞争力增强具有重要意义。本文基于耦合协调度模型和空间自相关分析,利用ArcGIS、GeoDa软件,探究了2002~2016年中国30个省市的科技创新与产业结构优化耦合协调发展水平的时空演变特征。结果表明:2002~2016年各省市科技创新—产业结构优化的耦合协调度呈逐年上升趋势,总体呈"东中西"依次递减的空间演变格局;制约耦合协调发展的主导因素总体存在空间一致性,均属于科技创新滞后型;中国区域科技创新—产业结构优化的耦合协调度空间自相关和空间异质性显著,区域发展不均衡,在空间上两极集聚的现象明显,"高—高(HH)"集聚区的省市均位于东部沿海地区,"低—低(LL)"集聚区主要集中在中西部地区,且已发展为较稳定的空间格局。最后从科技创新、产业结构优化、区域协调发展战略等方面提出相应对策建议,以期全面提升中国科技创新和产业结构优化协调发展水平。
Under the in-depth development of economic and scientific,technologic globalization,promoting the coordinated development of technological innovation and industrial structure optimization is of great significance for achieving regional high-quality development and competitiveness enhancement.Based on the coupling coordination degree model and spatial autocorrelation analysis,this article uses the ArcGIS and GeoDa software to explore the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development of technological innovation and industrial structure optimization in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2002 to 2016.The results show that:From 2002 to 2016,the degree of coupling and coordination between technological innovation and industrial structure optimization in various provinces and cities has been increasing year by year,and the overall spatial evolution pattern of"East,Central and West"is gradually decreasing.The leading factors restricting the coupling and coordinated development were spatial consistency,which all belong to the lagging type of technological innovation.The regional coupling and coordination degree of technological innovation-industrial structure optimization in China is significant spatial autocorrelation and spatial heterogeneity,regional development is uneven,the poles on the space agglomeration phenomenon is obvious,the provinces and cities in the high-high(HH)agglomeration area are located on the eastern coast regions,low-low(LL)clusters are mainly concentrated in the central and western regions,and have developed into a more stable spatial pattern.Finally,corresponding measures and suggestions are put foward from the aspects of technological innovation,industrial structure optimization,regional coordinated development strategy,in order to comprehensively improve the coordinated development level of technological innovation and industrial structure optimization in China.
