企业管理与经济社会高质量发展探究——基于科学计量学的可视化分析

Research on High-Quality Development of Business Management and Economic Society:A Visualization Analysis Based on Scientometrics

新冠肺炎疫情对企业管理和经济社会的高质量发展形成严峻挑战,引发理论界和实务界的高度关注。为系统研究企业管理与经济社会高质量发展中的理论和政策实践问题,本文以1998~2018年相关文献为研究对象,运用引文空间(Citation Space,CiteSpace)绘制科学知识图谱,探究其知识基础、研究热点、研究前沿及发展趋势。研究发现:(1)微观企业、中观行业、宏观政府层面的研究构建了高质量发展的知识基础;(2)研究热点主要包括企业管理、服务质量、质量管理、产品质量、会计信息质量;(3)研究主题集聚为5条核心路径;(4)研究前沿主要包括企业管理、内部控制、食品安全、产权性质、盈余质量、出口产品质量。本文研究有助于我们更加客观、系统、全面地解读企业管理与经济社会高质量发展的演化进程,并为未来更高质量的发展寻求现实着力点提供多种经验借鉴。

The COVID-19 poses a severe challenge to high-quality development of business management and economic society development, which has aroused great concern from the theoretical and practical circles. In order to systematically investigate the theoretical and policy practice issues in high-quality development of business management and economic society, this paper selects the related literatures from 1998 to 2018 as the research objects, and uses CiteSpace to draw the mapping knowledge domains to investigate the knowledge base, research hotspots, research frontiers and development trends. The research results are as follows:(1)In the aspects of micro business, medium industry and macro government build the knowledge base for high-quality development;(2) Research hotspots mainly include business management, service quality, quality management, product quality and accounting information quality;(3) Research topics are grouped into five core paths;(4) Research frontiers mainly include business management, internal control, food safety,property character, earnings quality, export product quality. The findings can help interpret the evolutionary processes of high-quality development of business management and economic society more objectively, systematically and comprehensively. Besides, our findings provide practical insights into future high-quality development.
