摘要
地铁隧道工程建设快速发展,因人的不安全行为引起的安全事故频发。为有效管控施工人员不安全行为从而降低事故发生率,本文在分析不安全行为干预策略的基础上,构建了地铁隧道施工人员不安全行为干预系统动力学模型,并从干预层面角度和干预类别角度对地铁隧道施工人员的不安全行为进行动态仿真。研究结果表明:干预策略实施的过程中,地铁隧道施工人员不安全行为呈先上升后下降的趋势;从干预层面角度看,个体层面策略对不安全行为系统干预效果更明显;从干预类别角度看,不安全心理对地铁隧道施工人员不安全行为的影响程度最大。
China’s subway tunnel construction develops rapidly,but accidents caused by human unsafe behavior happen frequently occur.In order to effectively control the unsafe behavior of construction workers so as to reduce the accident rate,based on the analysis of unsafe behavior intervention strategies,this paper establishes a system dynamics model for unsafe behavior intervention of subway tunnel construction workers,and dynamically simulates the unsafe behavior of subway tunnel construction workers from the perspective of intervention level and intervention type.The results are as below:during the implementation of the intervention strategies,the level of unsafe behavior of subway tunnel construction workers shows a trend of rising first and then decreasing;from the perspective of the intervention level,the individual intervention strategies have a more obvious intervention effect on the unsafe behavior system;from the perspective of the intervention type,the unsafe psychology has the greatest impact on the unsafe behavior of subway tunnel construction workers.
