公共图书馆参与健康信息服务研究

Research on Public Libraries Participation in Health Information Service

随着健康中国战略的推进和居民健康意识的提高,公众的健康需求日益增强。考虑到国外图书馆已拥有成熟的健康信息服务模式,积累了丰富经验,而国内图书馆健康信息服务的开展尚处于起步阶段,本文对国外图书馆参与健康信息服务的成功实践,从形成过程、发展机制、服务方式和模式等方面进行了梳理分析,提炼出服务特色,在此基础上,从资源建设、参考咨询、教育培训、知识科普、信息治理、空间提供、平台建设、信息支持等方面对我国公共图书馆参与健康信息服务方式进行了探讨,提出了社会化供给、多方参与、合作共享、项目化服务、志愿服务、特色服务等健康信息服务模式,旨在对我国公共图书馆参与健康信息服务的研究、实践提供一些借鉴。

With the advancement of the Healthy China Strategy and the improvement of residents’ health awareness,people’s health needs are increasingly strong. Considering that foreign libraries have mature health information service modes and accumulated rich experience, while domestic libraries’ health information service are still in infancy stage, the paper analyzes the successful practice of foreign libraries, participating in health information service and refines the service characteristics from the formation process, development mechanism, service method and mode. On this basis, from the aspects of information resource construction, reference, education and training, knowledge popularization, information governance, space provision, platform construction, information support, we discusses the method of public library participating in health information service, and then puts forward social supply, multi-party participation, cooperative sharing, project-based service, volunteer service, special service and other service modes, wishing to provide some reference for the research and practice of public library health information service in China.
