摘要
目的对苗药了哥王[Wikstroemia indica(L.)C.A.Mey]石油醚部位中的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、中压ODS柱色谱、制备HPLC等多种分离纯化手段,对了哥王乙醇提取后石油醚萃取部位的化学成分进行分离、纯化,通过各化合物的理化性质和波谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果从石油醚萃取部位中分离并鉴定10个化合物,分别为木栓酮(friedeline,1)、瑞香毒素B(daphnelantoxin B,2)、瑞香醇酮(daphnolone,3)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,4)、3β-乙酰氧基-27-[(4-羟基苯甲酰基)氧代]-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸甲酯(3β-acetoxy-27-[(4-hydroxybenzoyl)oxy]olean-12-en-28-oic acid methyl ester,5)、1,3,5-三甲氧基苯(1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene,6)、瑞香毒素A(daphnelanotoxin A,7)、(+)-1,5-二苯基-3-羟基-1-戊烯[(+)-1,5-diphenyl-3-hydroxy-1-pentanone(8)]、7-羟基香豆素(umbelliferone,9)和苯甲酸(benzoic acid,10)。结论化合物5为首次从荛花属中分离得到,化合物1~4为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from petroleum fraction of Wikstroemia indica(L.)C.A.Mey.Methods Chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification,including silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 or preparative HPLC.The structures of isolated compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis.Results Ten compounds were obtained and elucidated as friedeline(1),daphnelantoxin B(2),daphnolone(3),oleanolic acid(4),3β-acetoxy-27-[(4-hydroxybenzoyl)oxy]olean-12-en-28-oic acid methyl ester(5),1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene(6),daphnelanotoxin A(7),(+)-1,5-diphenyl-3-hydroxy-1-pentanone(8),umbelliferone(9)and benzoic acid(10).Conclusion Compound 5 is isolated from genus Wikstroemia for the first time and compounds 1-4 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
