摘要
细菌基因组学在不同领域的广泛应用得益于新一代测序(next generation sequencing,NGS)技术所实现的基因组及转录组测序的发展。大量的细菌基因组数据为不同方面深入了解物种内部的多样性提供了数据资源。近年来,泛基因组分析(pan-genome analysis)方法受到研究者广泛的关注。通过泛基因组分析,任何特定物种均可获得准确的基因库信息,为进一步分析细菌的基因功能、环境适应性及致病机制提供了思路。本文对泛基因组的研究策略、模型构建及其在细菌中的研究应用作一综述。
The high spread of bacterial genomics in different fields benefits from the development of genome and transcriptome sequencing,which is based on the next generation sequencing(NGS) technology.A large number of bacterial genome data provide data resources for in-depth understanding of species diversity in various aspects.Pangenomic analysis has been paid more and more attentions.With pan-genomic analysis,accurate information on gene pool of any specific species may be obtained,which provides ideas for further analysis of gene function,environmental adaptability and pathogenic mechanism of bacteria.The research strategy and model construction of pan-genome as well as its application in bacteria are reviewed in this paper.
