宫颈癌骨转移的研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress of bone metastasis in cervical cancer

摘要 宫颈癌是最常见的女性生殖道恶性肿瘤。骨骼是宫颈癌少见的转移部位,一旦发生骨转移,常预示患者的生活质量下降和生存期缩短。针对骨转移采取多学科综合治疗模式制定个体化治疗,能有助于提高疾病控制率并延长患者的生存期。本文首先将介绍宫颈癌骨转移的临床特征和诊断要点,然后重点综述手术、放疗、化疗、靶向及免疫治疗、骨改良药物治疗及止痛支持治疗在宫颈癌骨转移治疗中的应用,以期帮助研究者了解最新的研究进展,最后对宫颈癌骨转移的未来研究方向进行展望。 Cervical cancer is the most prevalent malignant tumor in female genital tract.Bone metastases,which are rare in cervical cancer,predict decreased quality of life and shortened survival.Treatment personalized to individual patients based upon multidisciplinary is correlated with improved disease control rates,as well as longer survival rates.This review first introduces the clinical characteristics and diagnostic points of bone metastases in cervical cancer,and then focuses on the application of surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy,targeted therapy,bone-modifying agents,pain treatment and other supportive treatment in the treatment of bone metastases in cervical cancer,in order to help researchers understand the latest research progress situation better.In the end,the forward research directions in this field are prospected in this review.
