某综合性三级甲等医院住院患者质子泵抑制剂的应用分析

Application analysis of proton pump inhibitors for inpatients in a comprehensive grade Ⅲ hospital

目的分析贵州医科大学第三附属医院住院患者质子泵抑制剂(PPI)的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法利用医院信息系统,随机抽取贵州医科大学第三附属医院2018年10月-2019年10月住院患者使用PPI的病例1 689份,进行合理用药评价。结果 PPI不合理用药752份,占比44.52%,PPI不合理用药主要为超疗程、给药途径不适宜、超剂量、超适应证用药、超用药频次给药、溶媒选择不适宜和联合用药不适宜等。结论 PPI使用存在严重不合理现象,医院需加大对PPI不合理用药的管理力度,临床医师必须严格规范该制度,药师应加强处方审核,进一步促进PPI的合理使用。

Objective To analyze the application of PPI on inpatients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University,so as to provide references for standardizing its clinical rational application. Methods Using the hospital information system,1 689 cases of PPI used by inpatients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected for rational drug use evaluation. Results There were 752 irrational used of PPI drugs,accounting for 44. 52%. The irrational use of PPI drugs was mainly over the course of treatment,inappropriate route of administration,over-dose,over-indication drug,over-drug frequency administration,inappropriate choice of solvent,and inappropriate combination medication. Conclusion The application of PPI on inpatients are seriously irrational,it is necessary to strengthen intervention and supervision the irrational application of PPI,promote the rational application of PPI.
