利培酮治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia

目的观察利培酮治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2017年3月-2019年3月于红河州第二人民医院接受治疗的难治性精神分裂症患者40例,通过完全双盲法将其随机分为研究组和常规组,每组20例。常规组患者采用氯氮平片治疗,研究组患者采用利培酮片治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分及不良反应。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为80.00%,高于常规组患者的50.00%(χ^(2)=3.956,P=0.047);治疗后,2组患者阳性、阴性、一般精神病理评分及总分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于常规组(P <0.01)。研究组患者不良反应总发生率为15.00%,低于常规组患者的45.00%(χ^(2)=4.286,P=0.038)。结论利培酮治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效较好,可更好地缓解患者的临床症状,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推荐使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia. Methods Selected 40 patients with refractory schizophrenia who were treated at the Second People’s Hospital of Honghe Prefecture from March 2017 to March 2019. They were randomly divided into study group and conventional group by complete double-blind method,with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the conventional group were treated with clozapine tablets,and patients in the study group were treated with risperidone tablets. The clinical efficacy,positive and negative symptom scale( PANSS) scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the study group was 80. 00%,higher than 50. 00% of patients in the conventional group( χ^(2)= 3. 956,P = 0. 047);after treatment,the positive,negative,general psychopathological scores and total scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the conventional group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Risperidone has a good clinical effect in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia,can better relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worth clinical recommendation.
