白介素-17在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及其与新生血管和预后的相关性 被引量:9

Expression of Interleukin-17 in Triple Negative Breast Cancer and Its Relation with Neovascularization and Prognosis

摘要 [目的]探讨白介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)在三阴性乳腺癌肿瘤间质中的表达与微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)及预后的关系。[方法]免疫组化法标记54例三阴性乳腺癌肿瘤间质中IL-17和CD34的表达,分析IL-17与微血管密度及临床病理参数之间的相关性。[结果]IL-17在54例三阴性乳腺癌肿瘤间质中的阳性细胞百分比为39.02%。IL-17高表达组的患者微血管密度更高(335.66个/mm^(2)vs 244.76个/mm^(2),P=0.017)。Spearman相关分析显示IL-17阳性细胞百分比与微血管密度呈正相关(r=0.454,P<0.001)。无复发生存期(relapse-free survival,RFS)生存分析显示,IL-17高表达的三阴性乳腺癌患者RFS较差。[结论]IL-17在一定程度上可能通过促进肿瘤内炎症的发生及血管新生促进肿瘤的浸润生长,同时,IL-17也是影响三阴性乳腺癌术后复发的潜在因素。 [Objective]To investigate the expression of interleukin-17(IL-17)in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)and its relationship with vasculization and prognosis of patients.[Methods]Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IL-17 and CD34 in the tumor stroma of 54 cases of TNBC,and the correlation of IL-17 expression with microvessel density(MVD)and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.[Results]The percentage of IL-17 positive cells in the tumor stroma of 54 cases of TNBC was 39.02%.The patients with high expression of IL-17 had higher MVD(335.66/mm^(2) vs244.76/mm^(2),P=0.017).Spearman’s correlation analysis showed that the percentage of IL-17 positive cells was positively correlated with MVD(r=0.454,P<0.001).The median recurrence-free survival(RFS)time in TNBC patients with high expression of IL-17 was significantly lower than that of those with low expression of IL-17[Conclusion]IL-17 may promote tumor infiltration and growth by promoting intratumor inflammation and angiogenesis.Simultaneously,IL-17 is also a potential factor affecting the postoperative recurrence of TNBC.
