促内需消费视角下中国公民出境旅游消费的比较研究——基于境外个人跨境旅游消费调查数据的研究 被引量:7

A Comparative Study of Chinese Citizens’Outbound Tourism Consumption under the Perspective of Promoting Domestic Demand and Consumption——Based on Individual Survey Data from Overseas Countries

摘要 2015年,中国公民跨境消费总额达到了1.2万亿人民币。其中,出境旅游消费作为跨境消费的主要方式之一,越来越受到公民的喜爱。本文利用2014和2015年境外旅游消费的个人调查数据,对中国公民出境旅游消费的行为进行考察,并通过构建样本选择模型对公民的出境旅游消费行为实施实证分析。研究结果表明,相比较其它动机,中国公民东北亚地区出境旅游消费的主要目的是购物,主要消费场所是免税店和百货店。出境旅游消费模式的出现,对中国现阶段提升居民境内消费规模和水平的努力提出了挑战,我们的研究发现凸显当前积极激发居民境内消费潜力的重要意义。 According to recent tourism figures,the total Chinese cross-border consumption has reached about RMB 1.2 trillion in 2015.The phenomenon of outbound tourism consumption as one important form of cross-border consumption is becoming more prevalent over recent years.We conduct an empirical analysis of citizens’outbound tourism consumption behavior by constructing a sample selection model.The research results show that compared with outbound entertainment,cultural and other outbound tourism consumption activities,the main purpose of outbound travel consumption for Chinese citizens in Northeast Asia is shopping,and the main consumption sites are duty-free shops and department stores.The emergence of the outbound tourism consumption model is posing a considerable challenge for promoting domestic demand and consumption.Our research also highlights the importance of actively stimulating the consumption potential of residents within China.
