摘要
随着电力系统中风电、光伏发电等可再生能源的比例不断增加,用以保证电力系统安全可靠运行的备用服务在技术上与经济性上的重要性不断凸显。特别地,备用市场与电能量市场耦合密切,关于备用市场的研究无论是对于我国现行电力现货市场的建设还是未来辅助服务市场体系的完善都具有重要意义。文章调研了国际上实际运行区域电力市场对备用的分类,从电能量与备用的优化协调机制、备用需求确定方法、备用可调用性与备用分区问题等角度对当前主要的研究成果进行了综述,总结了当前研究的未尽之处,同时对未来的研究方向进行了展望,为我国备用市场的建设提供了建议。
With the increasing penetration of renewable electricity, the physical and economic importance of reserve is reinforced. Since electricity and reserve are very closely related commodities, reviews of researches on their coupling relationships and the optimization method are urgently needed. Firstly, the classifications of reserve in some electricity markets are listed, the existing three kinds of electricity-reserve dispatch methods were introduced. Secondly, the methods of reserve requirement determination were presented, the overview of the reserve deliverability problem was given. Finally, the limitations of current research and future research directions were discussed, the advices on the construction of reserve market in China were given.
