基于国产YBCO带材的高温超导发电机的研制 被引量:6

摘要 随着可再生能源工业的发展对发电机技术提出更高容量和更大功率密度的需求,高温超导发电机在海上风力发电机领域有着广阔的应用前景。中国科学院电工研究所与上海电气集团上海电机厂有限公司合作研究高温超导发电机技术并研制基于国产YBCO带材的500 kW高温超导发电机原理样机。500 kW高温超导发电机为首台基于国产YBCO超导带材的高温超导发电机。目前,超导发电机已经完成研制工作并进行满负荷运行测试,电机运行良好,各项指标依据国标测试达到预期值。该文着重介绍500 kW高温超导发电机系统的研制工作,其中包括国产YBCO带材和9%Ni低温导磁钢的电磁特性研究,超导励磁绕组的优化设计和研制,同时介绍500 kW高温超导发电机的系统级测试工作,包括空载特性、负载特性、满载效率,并给出相应实验测试结果。 With the development of the renewable energy industry, there is a demand for higher capacity and higher power density for generator technology. High temperature superconducting(HTS) generators have broad application prospects in the field of offshore wind turbines. Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Electric Group Shanghai Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. cooperated to study the HTS generator technology and develop a 500 kW HTS generator prototype based on domestic YBCO tapes. The 500 kW HTS generator is the first domestic HTS generator based on domestic YBCO superconducting tapes. At present, the superconducting generator has completed the development work and carried out the full-load operation test. It is running well, and the various indicators have reached the expected value according to the national standard test. This paper focused on the development of the 500 kW HTS generator, including the research on the characteristics of domestic YBCO tapes and 9%Ni low temperature magnetic steel, the optimal design and development of superconducting excitation winding. The system testing of 500 kW HTS generators, including no-load characteristics, load characteristics, full-load efficiency were also introduced. The test results were presented in this paper.
