紫外线空气消毒的现状及医务人员认知调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的调查紫外线空气消毒使用现状及医护人员的认知情况,为进一步有针对性地开展相关培训提供依据。方法2020年3月,采用便利抽样法,采用自制紫外线空气消毒相关知识问卷,利用微信网络平台在全国范围内对17个省、自治区、直辖市的490名医护人员进行调查。结果490名医护人员紫外线空气消毒原理和循环风紫外线空气消毒时注意事项回答正确率分别为83.30%(408/490)和63.30%(310/490);不同职称的医护人员紫外线空气消毒认知得分差异有统计学意义(F=4.297,P<0.05)。医护人员对紫外线空气消毒的培训需求最高的是"紫外线灯的室内正确使用方法"。结论我国医护人员对紫外线空气消毒的使用现状和认知存在严重不足,建议制定有针对性的培训方案,加强培训。 Objective To investigate the current status and cognition of the use of ultraviolet air disinfection of by medical and nursing staff,so as to provide a basis for further targeted training.Methods In March 2020,the convenience sampling was adopted.Totals of 490 medical and nursing staff from 17 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities were surveyed nationwide with the self-designed Ultraviolet Air Disinfection Knowledge Questionnaire using the WeChat network platform.Results Among 490 medical and nursing staff,the correct answer rates of the principles of ultraviolet air disinfection and the precautions for circulating wind ultraviolet air disinfection were 83.30%(408/490)and 63.30%(310/490)respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the cognitive scores of ultraviolet air disinfection by medical and nursing staff with different professional titles(F=4.297,P<0.05).The highest demand of medical and nursing staff for ultraviolet air disinfection training was"the correct indoor use of ultraviolet lamps."Conclusions There are serious deficiencies in the current situation and cognition of the use of ultraviolet air disinfection by medical and nursing staff in my country.It is recommended to develop targeted training programs to strengthen training.
