播散性丘疹型环状肉芽肿一例

Diffuse papular annular granuloma:a case report

患者,女,52岁。躯干大量丘疹2年余,无明显自觉症状。组织病理示:表皮改变不明显,真皮中上层可见变性的胶原周围较多组织细胞、少数多核巨细胞围绕形成栅栏状肉芽肿,阿新蓝染色显示病灶中央黏蛋白沉积。

A 52-year-old female presented with numerous papules on the trunk for more than 2 years with no symptoms.Histopathology showed that the epidermis was normal,and the palisade granuloma was composed of a large number of tissue cells and a few multinucleated giant cells around the denatured collagen in the upper and middle dermis.The Alcian blue staining showed the mucin deposition in the center of the lesion.
