液氮冷冻与Q开关激光治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的:比较液氮冷冻与Q开关激光治疗脂溢性角化病的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年6月至2020年2月间我科就诊的脂溢性角化病患者,随机分为液氮冷冻组和Q开关激光治疗组。结果:共治疗170例患者,其中液氮冷冻组85例245枚皮损痊愈238枚(97.14%),显效7枚(2.86%),总有效率为100%,治疗后6个月继发性色素沉着12枚(4.90%);Q开关激光治疗85例218枚皮损痊愈213枚(97.71%),显效5枚(2.29%),总有效率为100%,治疗后6个月继发性色素沉着8枚(3.67%)。两组间痊愈率、总有效率及色素沉着率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:液氮冷冻与Q开关激光治疗脂溢性角化病的临床疗效相当,均未见明显不良反应。 Objective:To compare the efficacy of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and Q-switched laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis.Methods:The patients with seborrheic keratosis from June 2017 to February 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into liquid nitrogen cryotherapy group and Q-switched laser group.Results:A total of 170 patients were enrolled,including 85 cases with 245 lesions in the liquid nitrogen cryotherapy group and 85 cases with 218 lesions in the Q-switched laser group.In liquid nitrogen cryotherapy group,238 lesions(97.14%)were cured,7(2.86%)were markedly effective,the total effective rate was 100%,12 lesions(4.9%)left pigmentation after six months of treatment.In the Q-switched laser group,213 lesions(97.71%)were cured,5(2.29%)were markedly effective,the total effective rate was 100%,8 lesions(3.67%)left pigmentation after six months of treatment.There was no significant difference of recovery rate,total effective rate and the occurrence rate of pigmentation(P s>0.05).Conclusion:The liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and Q-switched laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis are equally effective with no obvious adverse reaction.
