The Proper Way to the Governance of China

当今西方自由主义理论在讨论国家治理中日益具有影响力,这是一个与我们的国家治理传统很不相同的思路。当代中国国家治理需要思考属于中国表达的政道、治道与治术的关系理论。为此,需要以马克思主义政治哲学为批判视角,返归马克思的国家理论取向,找到国家存在的理由,并以问题为导向,把握国家治理体系及其功能的变化。这样才能认清西方自由主义意识形态的双重性,从而跳出西方凭借其自由主义意识形态建构的政道来构陷当代中国的陷阱,进而探索表达公平、正义、平等的中国视野,最终真正理解中国国家能力建设的历史正道。

Nowadays Western liberalism theory becomes increasingly influential in the discussion of national governance,which differs in the way of thinking from our national tradition.Thus,concerning the national governance of contemporary China,we need to come up with a theory that conforms to China’s way of expression which deals with the relationship between administrative policy,governing methods,and managerial approaches.From the critical perspective of Marxist political philosophy,this article tries to go back to the orientation of the Marxist theory of state,looking for the reason of state existence,in order to grasp the national governance system and the change of its function,with a problem-solving purpose.Only in this way,can we recognize the duality of Western liberalism ideology,jump out of the trap which was built by Western liberalism to frame contemporary China up,and explore the Chinese perspective to express fairness,justice and equality,and really understand the historically proper way to the building of China’s national capacity.
