再论《全清诗》编纂的重要性与可行性

Re-discussing the Importance and Feasibility of the Compilation of The Complete Qing Poems

一代有一代之诗,这是一个时代的文学结晶和标格。总汇历代诗歌作品,已形成学术传统,取得了可观成果。到目前为止,断代性诗歌总集唯有《全清诗》编纂尚未进入议程。作为中国古代最后一朝的诗歌创作,清诗是诗史的大总结,不仅诗人众多、诗篇海量,其书写内容也有其重要的文学价值和历史价值。《全清诗》编纂,将使中国历代诗歌全集合璧无缺,使中国诗歌史宝库得到极大的丰富,对表征中华文明的辉煌历史,增进国家诗文化软实力,加强人文社会科学基础学科建设,都具有极为重要的意义。虽然开展《全清诗》编纂工作极为不易,但完全可以全面统筹、科学规划,采用十朝清诗“分段法”有序进行。相信只要坚持不休不止,前后相续,则磊石成山,蒇事可望。

The poetry of an era is the crystallization and marker of the literature of the era.The compilation of poetry from one generation to the next has become an academic tradition and achieved considerable results.By far,only the compilation of The Complete Qing Poems has not been on the agenda unlike other complete compilations of poetry of each dynasty.As the poetry of the last dynasty of ancient China,the Qing poems are a great summary,not only of the many poets and the vast number of poems written,but also of their significant literary and historical value.The compilation of The Complete Qing Poems will bring together the entire collection of Chinese poetry through the ages,greatly enriching the treasure trove of Chinese poetry history,and will be of great importance in characterizing the glorious history of Chinese civilization,enhancing the soft power of national poetry culture,and strengthening the construction of basic disciplines in the humanities and social sciences.Although it is not easy to carry out the compilation of The Complete Qing Poems,it is possible to carry out the work in a comprehensive and scientific manner,using the“segmentation method”to compilate the Qing poems in accordance to the ten major generations of Qing dynasty.As long as the work is kept up and continued,constant effort will finally bring success.
