分层教学背景下初中数学学习小组组建策略

摘要 初中数学逻辑性较强,学习难度较大,需要学生充分思考,认真学习,将数学知识内化于心才能保证教学的质量,若是想要充分发挥初中生的主观能动性,需要从学生入手,要转变传统教育思想,以学生为主体进行教学,合作学习能够最大限度地坚持以学生为主体的教育原则。同时每名学生都有其独特性,在小组合作学习的过程中,教师要将分层教学的思想观念渗透进教学中,双管齐下才能让学生更好地学习数学知识。基于此,本文主要研究分层教学背景下初中数学学习小组组建策略。 Junior high school mathematics is more logical and difficult to learn.It requires students to fully think,study hard,and internalize mathematics knowledge to ensure the quality of teaching.If you want to give full play to the subjective initiative of junior high school students,you need to start with students It is necessary to change the traditional educational thinking,to teach with students as the main body,and cooperative learning can adhere to the education principle of taking students as the main body to the maximum extent.At the same time,each student has its own uniqueness.In the process of group cooperative learning,teachers should infiltrate the ideology of hierarchical teaching into the teaching,and the two-pronged approach can enable students to better learn mathematics.Based on this,this article mainly studies the formation strategy of junior high school mathematics study group under the background of layered teaching.
