提升大学生学校归属感的价值依归与实践逻辑——基于文化自信的视角 被引量:9

摘要 受到大学生自身因素和学校外在条件的影响,大学生学校归属感培养出现困境。在培养新时代大学生学校归属感的路径选择中,坚持以学生为中心是落脚点,提升学生幸福感、获得感是起始点,发挥思政课立德树人作用是中介点,发挥优秀传统文化认同力是着力点。四点协同发力,真正培养出能够完成“两个一百年”伟业的高素质人才。 Influenced by college students’personal conditions and external conditions,the cultivation of college students’sense of belonging face some difficulties.In the path selection of cultivating college students’sense of belonging in the new era,we should take the student-centered concept as the foothold,enhance students’sense of happiness and acquisition,which is the starting point,give full play to the role of ideological and political education,which is a method in“building morality and cultivating talents”,give full play to the role of excellent traditional culture in order to strengthen students’sense of cultural identity.From the above four aspects,we can truly cultivate high-quality talents who can achieve the great goals of“two centuries”.
