摘要 教育部相关文件提到教师要能够将新技术与教育教学深度融合,变革传统教学模式,提高教学创新能力,所以培养教师面向复杂教学环境并且变革的教学设计能力显得尤为关键。通过梳理设计思维的内涵与发展,厘清设计思维和教学设计之间的关系,明确发展教师设计思维能力的必要性,借鉴已有发展教师设计思维模式,从线下集中培训和线上长期教研活动两个方面,设计面向教师设计思维的策略框架,并为后续继续开展设计思维融入中小学教师培训提供了参考。 The relevant documents of the Ministry of Education points out that teachers should be able to integrate new technologies into education and teaching,change the traditional teaching model,and improve the ability of teaching innovation.Therefore,it’s particularly important to train teachers to face the complex teaching environments and promote their teaching design ability.This paper sorts out the connotation and development condition of design thinking,clarifies the relationship between design thinking and teaching design,clarifies the necessity of developing teachers’design thinking ability,and draws lessons from the present development of teacher design thinking models,and designs the strategic framework for teachers’design thinking training from two aspects:offline centralized training and online long-term teaching and research activities.It can provide a reference for the follow-up development of integrating design thinking into the training of primary and secondary school teachers.
