摘要
多年来,国内外学者对分层教学法争论不休。支持者认为其因材施教,量体裁衣;反对者认为其会加剧教育不公,影响学生心理发展,不利于提升学生成绩。通过回顾国内外相关研究,结合教育心理学和资本理论等相关原理,探讨分层教学法对不同学生的影响。分析发现分层教学法能够在一定程度上促进成绩优异学生的学业进步,但是对成绩较差的学生没有显著帮助,不能有效提高所有学生的成绩,还会对部分学生的心理状态及人际交往产生负面影响。
Over the years,scholars at home and abroad have argued over the stratified teaching method.Its proponents claim that it is effective to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Its opponents believe that it harms educational justice,affects students’psychological development,and is not conductive to improving students’academic achievements.By reviewing the relevant studies at home and abroad and applying the relevant theories of educational psychology and capital theory,the article analyzes the influences of stratified teaching method on different students.It is found that stratified teaching method can promote the academic progress of students with excellent grades to a certain extent,but it does not help the students with poor grades significantly.It can not effectively improve the grades of all students,and has a negative impact on the psychological state and interpersonal communication of some students.
