关于高校青年教师教学能力提升的探讨——以佛山科学技术学院为例

On the Improvement of Young Teachers’Teaching Ability in Colleges and Universities:Taking Foshan University as an Example

青年教师作为高校的重要储备,是学校发展过程中不可或缺的中坚力量。青年教师教学能力的提升,不仅关系着教师本身职业的发展,也与学生的成长与发展密切相关,更关系着学校未来和国家教育事业的发展。因此,近年来,青年教师教学能力的提升,越来越成为各高校关注的焦点。以佛山科学技术学院为例,就青年教师教学能力提升中存在的问题进行分析并提出应对措施。

As an important reserve of colleges and universities,young teachers are an indispensable backbone in the development of schools.The improvement of young teachers’teaching ability is not only related to the professional development of teachers,but also closely related to the growth and development of students,as well as the future of schools and the development of national education.Therefore,in recent years,the improvement of young teachers’teaching ability has become the focus of attention in colleges and universities.This paper takes Foshan University as an example to analyze the problems existing in the improvement of young teachers’teaching ability and puts forward some countermeasures.
