论新时代大学劳动教育三维度重构

On the Three-dimensional Reconstruction of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

站在中华民族伟大复兴的新时代,国家提出以德智体美劳“五育”并举来培养社会主义建设者和接班人的新举措。劳动教育的重要性被再次提到大学教育的日程上,而新时代下高等教育肩负新的历史使命,对劳动教育重新认识尚处于探索与完善阶段。分析新时代下大学劳动教育的现状及原因,有利于进一步完善大学劳动教育体系,更好肩负起人才培养新使命与新挑战,具有现实意义。

Standing in the new era of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the state has proposed new measure to train socialist builders and successors with the“five aspects of education”:moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education.The importance of labor education is once again put on the agenda of college education.In the new era,colleges and universities shoulder a new historical mission,and the re-understanding of labor education is still in the stage of exploration and perfection.It is of practical significance to analyze the current situation and reasons of labor education colleges and universities in the new era,to further improve the labor education system,and to better shoulder the new mission and face the new challenges of talent training.
