摘要
黏结剂沥青的相关指标影响石墨电极的质量,为提高石墨电极的产品质量,需开发出更适合石墨电极用的黏结剂沥青。本文通过对比各种黏结剂沥青的生产工艺,研发出一种带循环比的管式炉聚合-真空闪蒸新工艺,用新工艺生产的黏结剂沥青和宝舜针状焦进行试验,经压型、焙烧、石墨化后的试体各项化验指标要优于宝舜其他工艺生产的黏结剂沥青。为提高整个石墨电极行业质量,焦油加工行业需积极开发石墨电极专用的黏结剂沥青。
Related indexes of binder pitch affect the quality of graphite electrode. In order to improve the product quality of graphite electrode, it is necessary to develop more suitable binder pitch for graphite electrode.In this paper, by comparing the production process of various binder pitch, a new process of tubular furnace polymerization-vacuum flash evaporation with circulation ratio is developed. The properties of the sample prepared with the binder pitch produced by the new process and Baoshun needle coke as the raw materials via baking and graphitization are better than that of the binder asphalt produced by other technologies of Baoshun.Therefore, in order to improve the quality of the whole graphite electrode industry, tar processing industry needs to actively develop special binder pitch for graphite electrode.
