1850例儿科肺炎患儿住院费用影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Hospitalization Expenses of 1850 Children with Pediatric Pneumonia

目的研究安徽省某中医院儿科肺炎患儿住院费用的影响因素,目的为了减少肺炎患儿家庭经济负担提供相关参考。方法将2018年6月1日至2020年5月31日期间,安徽省某中医院1850例肺炎出院患儿做研究对象,研究患儿基本情况和住院费用情况,进行统计分析,探讨肺炎出院患儿住院费用的影响因素。结果1850例肺炎出院患儿的总住院费用为557.39万元,其中手术费、检查费用和中医治疗费用相对较少。应用多重线性回归分析结果显示,儿科肺炎出院患儿的年龄、有无并发症、有无合并症、入院病情、支付方式、住院时间、疾病转归为住院费用的影响因素,所有数据均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安徽省某中医院儿科肺炎患儿要注意减少并发症和合并症的发生,同时缩短住院时间有利于减少住院费用。某院要深入开展医药分开改革试点研究,合理规划药品费用,同时增加社会保险支付比例,充分利用医保,有助于进一步降低患儿家庭经济负担、提升患儿生活质量。

Objective To study the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of children with pneumonia in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in An hui Province,in order to reduce the family economic burden of children with pneumonia.Methods From June 1,2018 to May 31,2020,1850 children with pneumonia discharged from a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in An hui Province were studied.The basic situation and hospitalization expenses of children were studied,and statistical analysis was carried out to explore the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of children with pneumonia discharged.Results The total hospitalization cost of 1850 children with pneumonia was 5.5739 million yuan,among which the operation cost,examination cost and traditional Chinese medicine treatment cost were relatively less.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age,complications,co morbidities,admission condition,payment method,length of stay,and the outcome of the disease were all significant factors(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to reduce the complications and complications of pediatric pneumonia in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in An hui Province,and shorten the length of stay at the same time is conducive to reduce the cost of hospitalization.A hospital should carry out in-depth pilot study of separate reform of medicine,reasonably plan drug costs,increase the proportion of social insurance payments,and make full use of medical insurance,which will help to further reduce the economic burden of Childers’s families and improve the quality of life of children.
