摘要
目的了解四川省交通运输事故住院患者医疗费用现状,为交通事故防控提供科学依据。方法采用描述性统计及趋势性分析方法,对四川省2015年1月1日至2018年12月31日交通运输事故住院患者医疗费用进行分析。结果四川省交通运输事故医疗总费用为94.13亿元,年增长率为15.92%;人群分布显示,15~64岁年龄组医疗费用最高,为71.54亿元,且男性(47.16亿元)明显高于女性(24.38亿元);各年龄组交通事故医疗费用均成上升趋势,尤以65岁及以上老年人口显著;地区分布显示,四川省交通事故医疗费用主要集中于成都、绵阳、德阳等城市。结论四川省交通运输事故住院患者医疗费用主要分布在经济较发达地区,且以青壮年男性为主。65岁及以上老年人口医疗费用增长速度较快,为重点防控对象。应针对重点人群和地区进行交通运输事故防控。
Objective To understand the current situation of direct economic burden of traffic accidents among residents in Sichuan Province,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of traffic accidents.Methods Descriptive statistics and trend analysis were used to analyze the direct economic burden of transportation and its trend in Sichuan Province from January 1,2015 to December 31,2018.Results The direct economic burden of transportation accidents in Sichuan province is 9413 million yuan,and the annual growth rate is 15.92%.The traffic accident 15-64 years old group in Sichuan province was the highest(7.154 billion yuan),and the male(4.716 billion yuan)was significantly higher than the female(2.438 billion yuan),the traffic accident cost of all age groups increased,especially the elderly population aged 65 and above;Regional distribution shows that the total hospitalization expenses of traffic accidents in Sichuan Province are mainly concentrated in Chengdu,Mianyang and Deyang.Conclusion The medical expenses of in-patients with traffic accidents in Sichuan Province are mainly distributed in the economically developed areas,and mainly young and middle-aged men.The medical expenses of the elderly aged 65 and above increased rapidly,which was the key object of prevention and control.Traffic accident prevention and control should be carried out for key groups and regions.
