纠正异常呼吸模式训练在老年慢性非特异性下腰痛治疗中的应用效果 被引量:1

Effect of Abnormal Breathing Pattern Training in Treatment of Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain in Elderly Patients

摘要 目的:研究纠正异常呼吸模式训练在老年慢性非特异性下腰痛(CNLBP)治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2018年2月~2019年2月收治的老年慢性非特异性下腰痛患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组开展常规五点支撑式腰背肌锻炼,观察组额外增加纠正异常呼吸模式训练,比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、指地距离、ODI评分及疗效。结果:经过1个月、3个月治疗后,两组VAS评分、指地距离、ODI评分均有显著下降,且观察组降低幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在常规五点支撑式腰背肌锻炼基础上进行纠正异常呼吸模式训练能显著缓解CNLBP疼痛症状,改善腰椎功能。 Objective:To study the effect of Chronic nonspecific low back pain(CNLBP) with abnormal breathing pattern training.Methods:A total of 80 elderly CNLBP patients treated in our hospital from 2018-02 to 2019-02 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40) and the control group(n=40).The patients in the control group received routine five-point support lumbar and dorsal muscle exercise,and the observation group combined with corrective abnormal breathing pattern training.VAS score,finger-ground distance,ODI score and efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After one month and three months of treatment,VAS score,finger-ground distance,and ODI score of patients in both groups were significantly decreased,and the decreasing levels of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 85.00% that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Correction of abnormal breathing pattern on the basis of routine five-point support lumbar and dorsal muscle exercise can significantly relieve CNLBP pain symptoms and improve lumbar spine function in elderly patients.
