基于现代文献探讨推拿疗法在“治未病”中的临床应用

Discussion on the Clinical Application of Massage therapy in "Preventive treatment of disease" Based on Modern Literature Research

目的:归纳推拿疗法在"治未病"中的现代临床文献,总结并分析其应用现状,以期为今后临床治疗作指导。方法:运用文献研究法,计算机检索、查阅Pubmed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、VIP、CNKI、CBM、Wan Fang Data数据库中推拿疗法在"治未病"中的有关临床应用文献,所有数据库检索时间从建库至2019年1月10日,经阅读筛选后参照ICD10疾病分类标准记录纳入文献病症名,并统计频次(即每一个病症被报道的论文篇数)进行归纳、总结、整理和综述。结果:根据检索到的文献,经阅读摘要、关键词、全文最终确定符合标准的推拿"治未病"临床文献共624篇,涉及病症98种,主要用于治疗产后出血、便秘、深静脉血栓、尿潴留、肠易激综合征、脑血管病等疾病。结论:推拿"治未病"具有广泛的适应证,但分布不均,同时现有研究的试验科学性不足、推拿"治未病"标准研制不足及宣传教育亟待加强。

Objective:Inductive massage therapy in the modern clinical literature in the "preventive treatment of disease",summarize and analyze its application status,in order to guide the future clinical treatment.Methods:By using the method of literature research and computer retrieval,the clinical application literature of massage therapy in "preventive treatment of disease" in Pubmed,EM base,The Cochrane Library,VIP,CNKI,CBM,Wan Fang Data database was consulted.All the database retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to January 10,2019.After reading and screening,the literature disease name was included according to the ICD10 disease classification standard records,and the statistical frequency(that is,the number of papers reported on each disease) was summarized and summarized.Collate and summarize.Result:According to the retrieved literature,a total of 624 clinical literatures on "preventive treatment of disease" were obtained by reading abstracts,keywords and full texts,involving 98 kinds of diseases,mainly for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,constipation,deep vein thrombosis and urine.Detention,irritable bowel syndrome,cerebrovascular disease and other diseases.Conclusion:Massage "preventive treatment of disease" has a wide range of indications,but the distribution is uneven.At the same time,the experimental research of the existing research is insufficient,the development of the standard of massage "preventive treatment of disease" and the promotion of publicity and education need to be strengthened.
