摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的暴发使高校师生居家办公的模式成为常态,高校图书馆常规信息服务方式也发生了根本性变化,远程服务模式成为主要服务方式。了解这一特殊时期中外高校图书馆远程服务模式的特点和区别具有现实指导意义。本文选取电子资源购置费排名前10位的国内高校图书馆,从远程服务模式、无接触式咨询服务方式等方面进行调研,同时与美国、英国10所重点高校图书馆疫情期间的远程信息资源服务进行对比,剖析和总结了中外高校图书馆应对突发公共安全事件远程服务的特点,揭示了存在的问题和不足,为我国高校图书馆远程信息资源服务和保障提出了合理化建议。
The outbreak of the COVID-19 makes the home office mode to be normal for university teachers and students.A fundamental change has happened to the regular service mode of university libraries,and the remote service mode has become the main mode.It is of practical significance to understand the characteristics and differences of the remote service modes of university libraries at home and abroad in this special period.This paper investigates the remote service modes and non-contact consulting service modes of the top 10 university libraries ranked in the purchase costs of electronic resources in China,compares the remote service modes of10 key university libraries in the United States and the United Kingdom during the epidemic period,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of remote service of domestic and foreign typical university libraries in response to public security emergencies,and reveals the existing problems and shortages.Some reasonable suggestions for the remote information resources service and guarantee of China university libraries are also put forward in this paper.
