摘要
为了对比中欧燃气采暖热水炉实验室检测水平的一致性,选取1台某品牌试验样机,分别在欧洲实验室、该品牌国内实验室和国家燃气用具质量监督检验中心实验室进行热效率检验,并根据燃气采暖热水炉的热平衡及效率计算公式计算试验样机的理论热效率。以实测热效率作为参加结果,以理论计算热效率作为参考值,采用Z比分数方法对测试结果进行分析。结果显示,3个实验室的|Z|均小于2,能力判定均为满意,即3个实验室的能效检测水平和检验数据一致性较好,实验室之间的差异较小。
In order to compare the testing capability consistency of gas-fired combi-boilers between Chinese and European laboratories, a test prototype of a certain brand was selected, and the heat efficiency was tested in European laboratory, domestic laboratory of the brand and China Quality Supervising and Test Center for Gas Appliances.According to the heat balance and efficiency calculation formula of the gas-fired combi-boilers, the theoretical thermal efficiency of the experimental prototype is calculated. Taking the measured thermal efficiency as the participating result and the theoretical thermal efficiency as the reference value, the Z-score fraction method is used to analyze the test results.The results show that the |Z| of the heat efficiency in three laboratories are all less than 2, and the ability judgment is satisfactory, that is, the consistency of test level and test data of the three laboratories is good, and the difference between laboratories is small.
