球磨法预处理剩余污泥对细胞破解效果的研究 被引量:1

Study on the disintegrating effect of excess sludge pretreatment by ball milling on cells

摘要 针对传统厌氧消化技术水力停留时间过长的缺点,采用球磨法对剩余污泥进行预处理。通过对比分析4种粒径玻璃珠球磨破解后,污泥上清液的蛋白质与核酸浓度,得到1 mm~1.5 mm的玻璃珠破解效果最佳,在400 r/min下破解300 min,蛋白质与核酸浓度分别为503 mg/L、207.9 mg/L。对破解前后污泥进行粒度分析,可以观测到明显的频度分布峰值后移,且仅有1 mm~1.5 mm玻璃珠在破解后产生了大量的1μm以下的微粒。通过观察电镜照片,发现污泥絮体与污泥细胞均被破坏。 Aiming at the disadvantage of long HRT of traditional anaerobic digestion technology, ball-milling method was used to pretreat excess sludge. Through comparative analysis of protein and nucleic acid concentrations in the supernatant of sludge after ball milling of four kinds of glass beads, the best disintegrating effect of 1 mm~1.5 mm glass beads was obtained, which reached 503 mg/L and 207.9 mg/L at 400 r/min and 300 min, respectively. The particle size analysis of the sludge before and after disintegrating showed that the peak value of frequency distribution shifted back obviously, and only 1 mm~1.5 mm glass beads produced a large number of particles less than 1 μm after disintegrating. It was found that both flocs and cells were destroyed by electron microscope.
